What would change my qoutation ? 

We may change the quotation if:

1.  You do not accept within 30 days
2. Extra goods are removed and / or stored which were not     viewed or listed
3. We have to collect or deliver above the second floor
4. We supply additional services at your request
5. The road or access to the property is unsuitable for our     vehicles and we were not informed accordingly

What sort of things fall outside of formal Quotation? 

1.  The dismantling or assembling of effects
2.  The taking down or putting up of window coverings
3. The disconnection or connection of appliances

When is payment required for the offloading of goods at their destination?

​Payment in full is required prior to offloading the goods at their destination. Alternatively, for approved Companies, payment must be made strictly within 30 days of the date of the statement.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Payment can be made in cash, through internet transfer, or by bank guaranteed cheque

Can payment be withheld due to a claim against the company?

No, you may not withhold payment due to a claim being made against us.

How should storage rentals be paid?

Storage rentals are payable in advance, and no goods may be removed from store until full payment has been received and cleared.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Quotation and Changes: a) Our quotation is based on packing, removal, and storage shown separately for each. b) We reserve the right to change the quotation under the following circumstances:

    • Non-acceptance within 30 days.

    • Addition of extra goods for removal and/or storage that were not initially viewed or listed.

    • Collection or delivery above the second floor.

    • Provision of additional services at your request.

    • Unsuitability of the road or access to the property for our vehicles, if we were not informed accordingly. c) In any of the above circumstances, you agree to pay the additional charges.

  2. Exclusions: a) The dismantling or assembling of effects. b) The taking down or putting up of window coverings. c) The disconnection or connection of appliances.

  3. Your Responsibilities During Removal: a) Ensure that no goods are taken in error or left behind. b) Take responsibility for the security of goods at departure and arrival points by being present or appointing a representative. c) Stabilize appliances.

  4. Ownership of Goods: a) By entering into this contract, you warrant that the goods to be removed are your own property. b) You indemnify us against any damages and/or costs incurred if this warranty is not true.

  5. Exclusions from Transport and Storage: a) Jewelry, precious stones, securities, firearms, keys, explosive and inflammable materials. b) Refrigerated or frozen goods. c) Keys - these must be retained by the owner.

  6. Cancellation: a) If you cancel or postpone the removal after accepting our quotation, we may charge up to 25% of the contract price to cover expenses and/or loss of alternative business.

  7. Payment: a) Payment in full is required prior to offloading the goods at their destination, or in the case of an approved Company, strictly within 30 days of the date of the statement. b) Accepted payment methods include cash, internet transfer, or bank guaranteed cheque. c) Payment may not be withheld due to a claim being made against us. d) Storage rentals are payable in advance, and no goods may be removed from the store until full payment has been received and cleared.

  8. Delays in Transit: We make every effort to ensure timely collection and delivery of effects but cannot guarantee it.

  9. Our Right to Hold Goods: We have a legal right to withhold some or all of the goods until all amounts due to us have been paid in full. Storage charges and admin costs will be levied in such cases.

  10. Liability for Loss or Damage: We shall not be liable for loss or damage as specified in the terms and conditions.

  11. Our Right to Sell Goods: We have the right to require you to remove your goods and pay all outstanding amounts due to us after giving 28 days notice. If you fail to settle your debt and remove your goods within the given timeframe, we are entitled to dispose of some or all of the goods without further notice.

  12. Claims by Third Parties: Any charges, expenses, damages, or penalties claimed against us in respect of the removal, transport, and/or storage of the goods are payable by you unless you can prove negligence on our part.

  13. Subcontracting: We may subcontract part or all of the load to another organization, while all terms and conditions of the contract between You and Us will still apply.

  14. Applicable Law: This contract is subject to the laws of the country in which it was made.

  15. Inventory of Goods: If a list of goods is provided at origin
